Diwali Offer: Adarna Rooted Plant Promotion Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the eligibility and use of the special promotional offer for the purchase of an Adarna rooted plant (the "Promotional Item") during the Diwali Offer period.

1. Offer Eligibility

• Offer: Eligible customers are entitled to purchase one (1) Adarna rooted plant at the special promotional price of ₹49 (Rupees Forty-Nine only).

• Minimum Order Value: To qualify for this offer, a customer must place a single order for products, excluding the Promotional Item, with a minimum total value of ₹1000 (Rupees One Thousand only) or more (the "Minimum Order Value"). This minimum value is calculated after any other discounts or coupons have been applied and before shipping charges and taxes.

2. Promotional Item Limit

• Limit per Customer: The purchase of the Promotional Item at the special price is strictly limited to one (1) unit per customer, regardless of the number of qualifying orders placed.

• Identification: The limit is tracked per unique customer identifier, which may include email address, shipping address, or billing details, as determined by the company.

3. General Conditions

• Availability: This offer is valid only for the duration of the official Diwali Offer period and is strictly while supplies of the Promotional Item last. The company reserves the right to end the offer at any time without prior notice if stock is exhausted.

• Non-Transferable: The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or discount.

• Modification or Cancellation: The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion, or update these terms and conditions at any time without liability.

• Governing Interpretation: In case of any dispute, the company's decision regarding the eligibility, interpretation, and application of these terms and conditions shall be final and binding.
