Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

At GoGreenKol.in, every order goes through careful processing. Our team selects suitable plants and gardening products, checks the order and prepares it for dispatch.

• We generally aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 days.
• The processing period is separate from the courier transit period.
• During sales, holidays, heavy rainfall or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take longer.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Within West Bengal: Approximately 2 days after dispatch.

Outside West Bengal: Order processing generally takes up to 2 days, followed by transit according to the selected shipping service.

3. Our Courier Partners

We work with multiple courier partners. The courier assigned to an order depends on serviceability, product requirements and shipping availability.

Ground Courier

Estimated transit: 4–7 days after dispatch.

Air / Express Courier

Estimated transit: 2–3 days after dispatch.

Express services may not be available for every PIN code or every live-plant shipment.

4. State-wise Delivery Estimates

The following table provides indicative transit estimates from dispatch. Confirm availability and delivery estimates for your PIN code before ordering.

These are provisional estimates, not courier-verified commitments for every destination. Delivery can take longer in remote areas, during adverse weather or when courier services are disrupted.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the products ordered, package weight, destination PIN code, package dimensions and available courier service.

• The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout when available.
• Air / express delivery may cost more than ground shipping.
• Additional charges may apply for special delivery requirements where applicable.

6. Live Plant Packaging & Care

Plants are living products, and we take care when selecting and packing them for transit. After delivery, unpack your plants carefully and provide suitable light, water and ventilation according to their individual care requirements.

Some temporary leaf drooping or stress may occur during transit. If you have a concern about the condition of your delivery, contact our team promptly with your order details and clear photographs.

7. Tracking & Delivery Delays

Tracking details are shared through the available communication channels after dispatch. Tracking updates may take some time to appear.

Delays may occur due to heavy rainfall, public holidays, courier network disruptions, remote delivery locations or circumstances beyond our control. If your shipment is delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking details.
