1. Sales Manager (Kolkata Based)

The Role: We need a dynamic, goal-oriented leader to drive our online and offline sales. You will manage customer inquiries, oversee our Shopify store orders, and build relationships with local landscaping clients.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow daily sales via our website and nursery visits.

  • Handle customer queries with expert knowledge of our Bougainvilleas and Orchids.

  • Develop local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness in Kolkata.

• Requirements: * Experience in retail or e-commerce sales (Green industry experience is a plus!).

  • Fluent in Bengali and Hindi (English is a bonus).

  • A proactive "can-do" attitude.

2. Professional Gardener / Nursery Raiser

The Role: You are the heart of our nursery. You’ll be responsible for the health, propagation, and beauty of our plant stock, ensuring every customer receives a thriving plant.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily maintenance: watering, pruning, and fertilizing (special focus on Orchids and Bougainvillea).

  • Plant propagation (grafting, cutting, and seed raising).

  • Assisting in packaging plants securely for national shipping.

• Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a professional nursery or large-scale garden.

  • Deep knowledge of soil mixes, pest control, and seasonal plant care.

  • Physical fitness and a genuine love for working outdoors.
