🗺️ State-wise Estimated Delivery Chart

The following chart provides general estimates after dispatch for serviceable PIN codes. For West Bengal, our usual target is within 2 days. For other states and Union Territories, standard ground transit is generally 4–7 days and air/express transit is generally 2–3 days.

*Remote, hilly, island and restricted-service areas may require additional transit time or may not be serviceable by every courier. The chart is indicative, not a PIN-code-specific courier commitment. Please contact us to confirm availability before ordering if delivery timing is critical.

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the products in your order, actual or volumetric parcel weight, destination PIN code and the available courier service.

• The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout, where available.
• Air/express shipping may cost more than ground/standard shipping.
• Large, heavy or bulky plant orders may have different shipping charges.
• Any free-shipping offer applies only to the products and conditions specified in that offer.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched and tracking information is available, use the tracking link or tracking number shared with you to follow the shipment. Courier tracking updates may take some time to appear after pickup.

Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code and contact number are correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel. An incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or unreachable recipient may delay delivery.

⏳ What If My Order Is Delayed?

Although we work with our courier partners to deliver orders on time, delays can occur due to weather conditions, heavy rainfall, festivals, public holidays, operational issues, remote-area delivery or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your tracking status has not updated or your parcel has exceeded the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number and tracking ID. We will help you check the shipment status with the courier partner.
