1. Eligibility for Returns
Non-Plant Products
We accept returns and exchanges on unused or unopened products (such as pots, tools, or accessories) within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

All original tags and accessories must be included.
Plants
To protect the health of our plants, we do not accept returns on live plants, as the stress of two-way transit is often fatal.

Our Guarantee: we guarantee every plant will arrive at your doorstep in great condition.

Transit Stress: Please note that plants may appear slightly dull after shipping. Exposure to sunlight and proper watering will typically revive the plant to its healthy state.

Damaged Plants: If a plant arrives damaged, you may claim a replacement (see the "Unboxing Video" requirement below).
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To validate any claim for damaged plants or incorrect items, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video. This is essential for our quality control and insurance.
The video must clearly show:

The sealed package before it is opened.

The shipping label with your address and order details.

The continuous process of unboxing and the condition of the items inside.
Note: Without a valid unboxing video, claims for replacements or refunds cannot be processed.
3. How to Request a Return or Replacement

Information Needed: Your order number, the reason for the return, and your unboxing video.
Return Authorization (RA): Our support team will issue an RA if your request is approved. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
4. Shipping & Exchanges

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., the wrong item was shipped).

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Refunds

Inspection: Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned non-plant item.

Timeline: Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
